Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which sells the subscription and is responsible for the invoice and any VAT that applies where you live.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Moving up applies immediately and is charged pro rata; moving down or stopping takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Who am I buying from?
Paddle. It is the seller of record: the invoice comes from Paddle, and it handles the tax that applies where you live — included in the price across the EU, added at checkout in countries where that is the convention. Your card details never reach us.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your profile, vacancies and generated resumes stay where they are. You drop to the Free allowances, and nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.
